Quetzalli® is a bottled mixed alcoholic beverage made with passion fruit and lime in a tequila base and sweetened with blue agave syrup. It could be just another ready-made drink, but it's so much more!

What is the alcohol content of Quetzalli?

Because it's a mixed drink, Quetzalli has only 17% alcohol content and is much smoother than straight tequila!

What is the expiration date of Quetzalli?

It's recommended to consume your Quetzalli within 18 months. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within 15 days. It's really hard for it to last that long!

What flavors of Quetzalli are available?

For now, just one! But don't worry, the passion fruit and lemon combination will be gaining companions soon!

What is the product delivery policy?

At the time of purchase, you can choose the delivery method that makes the most sense for you and will be provided with delivery information. We deliver nationwide and have different shipping options for each state.

What is the purchase cancellation policy?

If you change your mind (but we're very unlikely to), you can cancel your purchase up to one day before the item is shipped. Since we work with payment partners, you can email contato@quetzalli.com.br and we'll handle the process with them.

If the purchase was made via credit card, the refund will be processed by the card issuer, and the amount will appear as a credit on your next statement. If the expiration date on your card or payment method expires, don't worry! Simply initiate the product return process by contacting our team at contato@quetzalli.com.br.

What is the product return policy?

You have up to 15 days to return the product you purchased (that is, if you can't resist and drink it first).

If you're in São Paulo, just email contato@quetzalli.com.br with your order number, and we'll pick up the product at the delivery location and refund your money. If pickup isn't successful, we'll send you a postal code so you can mail it back to us free of charge.

Now, if you're outside of São Paulo, you'll receive a postal code so you can ship to us for free. And, of course, we'll refund your money.

Why the name Quetzalli?

Quetzalli is a word from the Nahuatl language of the Aztecs, meaning "flashy feather" or "feathered tail." From this arose the legend of Quetzalcoatl, an Aztec god represented by a flying serpent, responsible for creating tequila in a story of great passion. It's also the root of the name for the quetzal bird species, our mascot!
